Florence Barrué has been managing commercial and civil proceedings for more than 15 years. She assist companies and managers with their legal disputes, related to breach of contracts, breach of negotiations, restrictive practices and dominant positions (sudden break of established business relationships, significant imbalance), as well as with directors’ liability litigations.
She has acquired a specific knowledge of commercial leases.
She also assists private persons regarding their complex asset-related claims during legal disputes between inheritors.
